Very temperamental. Often loses the following functionality: clicking hyperlinks, back button, forward button, text control, selection of text boxes, selection of radio boxes.
Doesn't seem to work on Dragon Medical 360.

Would a piece of crap. I had Dragon seven for years and years I upgraded my computer and the key no longer work so I upgraded to 13. I don't use Internet Explorer I use chrome and its total junk. I won't be purchasing any of their products in the near future
Avoid Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 like the plague. I've "upgraded" from version 12.5, and had nothing but problems. This extension does NOT work.

Great Program. I've had Dragon for years now (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11.5) and 13 is another improvement... it just keeps getting better. It saves me time and effort. I love it.
