Only solution I can find to share emails without sending directly to others.
I needed a shared inbox solution. I search all over. Eventually I started using GrexIt. But abandoned because I was not using labels effectively. But frustration drove me again to find a simple shared inbox solution. We are a small business. We get enquiries coming in. And the first person available would grab the enquiry. But no one knew who was working on the enquiry. We tried BCCs. And used Chrome extensions. We tried Google Apps Shared In Box. Nothing was simple and most did not work. I realised I had to try and use labels better. As soon as I did GrexIt solved all my issues. Simple and effective. And my business partner who is a slow adopter of new ideas could not believe how simple we could allocate tasks, monitor what's going on etc. A real joy to use.
