I have no complaints about this extension. Works well and does everything it says. User interface is easy to use and you don't need any training. Just install it and away you go. It does seem a little pricy if you have to purchase it, which I did. I'm still trying to decide if it adds the value I need or not for the price. Time will tell.
I forward email from my employee's account to mine so we both keep track of everything that comes through the door. Grexit helps us manage who is handling what, and allows us to mark emails that are junk so the sorting only happens once, not twice. It also saves us the hassle of forwarding. We can easily "unmark" emails as well. We use the free version.

This app is crucial for our Gmail account. The shared labels not only allow us to work cross functionally and share messages, but they also have given us the opportunity to sync notes across our gmail accounts, and consequentially our iOS devices. The new integration is excellent! Gmail should have this functionality already but since it doesn't we're glad to have Grexit here to help us track project emails easily across our organization without leaving the inbox. Highly recommend for anyone needing a cleaner alternative to CRM programs.
