It has been a top-notch experience working on Hiver. Providing opportunity to work with the colleagues combinedly makes a perfect platform for the business.
Hiver is a good tool overall for managing our teams effort, however there are often some issues regarding it actually starting on my gmail inbox: sometimes it requires reloading the page once or twice in order to finally kick in. There is also some sense of slow responsivness when using the tools hiver provides, like a half a second delay when changing the ticket status, assigning it or closing it etc. I don't know how much of it is because of the physical limitations of gmail, but my hardware is not an issue here.
