Hiver is a perfect solution for our small, 2-man IT department. It tracks exactly what we need and is easy to use. The only (very small) problem I noticed is that it does not automatically load on my gmail page when I have gmail set as one of my "On Startup" tabs in Google Chrome. It loads perfectly every other time and clicking a bookmark is a small price to pay for such a good tool.
