Works well, but wasn't what I expected. When I first downloaded it, I expected to make and receive calls through the Chrome browser only using this widget. What I found is you have to have gmail open in order to use it with your google voice number. It will call you first and then connect you to the person you are trying to reach. It's still a great feature, reliable, and nice that it's still free.
When you click a phone number link, it prompts you to call via number or google talk, have the google talk extension installed. Does not call via google talk.
Works well but currently every text I send from the plugin adds a "U" at the end. apparently you can't report bugs on google made apps.
Great except that I cannot change the text message noise. This makes me sad. Everyone in my office uses google voice through chrome, and I want the ability to set a unique tone.
Useful for the notifications, but it adds the "hasGoogleVoiceExt" to every page, even when I have the "Clickable Numbers" option turned off.
i like this alot. i dumped my cell phone and google is all i use now! 5 stars!! i look forward to its future advancements.
It would be Even better to use it on your PC as you would use Skype to make calls from PC.Other then that its really sucks.
Works perfectly, just looks like junk.
I am having the same issue. The notification bell is ringing when no new message has been received. Cleared data, uninstalled extension, etc. Nothing works. I've used this extension for months and this just started in the past day or two. HELP!
Best Extension.. HOWEVER. Is this an april fool's day joke? I keep getting a phantom SMS, when none has been received. I've cleared out unread, uninstalled, checked all settings everywhere. Killing me. Familiar to anyone?
