Awesome, but there's one thing missing. I use Gmail on my iMac and just started using Talkatone app on my iPad. Now when I click a phone number on my computer, it rings my iPad, not my computer, which is what I want. Please fix! Thanks. Also, the Report Bug link in the store description just directs to a general Google help page, which is not helpful.
The Google Voice extension is out of sync with the number getting stuck at 1.
This is a great little extension, but unfortunately the recent update (March 19, 2012) appears to have messed up the "Clickable Numbers" feature. I'm consistently having problems where the text preceding the phone number is being removed from the visible page. Sometimes it's just a single character, other times it's an entire paragraph. Unfortunately, it's gotten so bad that I've had to turn that particular feature off for now. Other than that, this is a nice add-on feature for Chrome.
Only one start for now. When there is text above a phone number it "hides" all the text and only highlights the phone number. Until that's fixed I can't use it.
The newest update 2.3.6.2 which fixed an issue with text number links not working seems to have affected any user of the Cerberus Helpdesk software, now only the phone numbers appear and the rest of the text in the ticket is removed. Back to the drawing board.
Used to be great but off late the "Tab" key doesn't work. There are no shortcuts. Would kick some serious butt if it had some keyboard shortcuts included.
Doesn't function as expected when making calls. Trying to dial out using Google voice actually requires that you have Google talk installed and running. Even then, it will redirect you to your Gmail inbox, where you receive the call. But the call is not placed correctly: you will just get an error dialtone!
Please fix the tab order. Right now I don't actually get the same result when i press tab while using it.
Great extension. Very useful and functional.
When is Google going to work on their stuff and stop taking forever to fix simple things ? i have to use my mouse in order to send a text using this addon , instead of putting a use of the shift key to switch the option the send button before you can press enter , Google seems to want people to take forever to send a simple text
